Gillian Irving
Gillian Irving is a real estate investor, mortgage professional, and Smith Manoeuvre Certified Professional who began investing in real estate in 2009. Since then, she has built a portfolio across Ontario and New Brunswick, with a particular focus on student housing. With a background in market research and experience as the former co-owner of Sky Zone Whitby, she brings a practical, data-driven perspective to real estate investing, financing, and long-term wealth building.
Her interest in financing grew out of her own investing journey and a desire to understand not only how to identify good opportunities, but how to keep growing when access to capital becomes the limiting factor. Today, she works closely with investors and homeowners to develop thoughtful financing strategies that support their immediate needs and longer-term goals.
Outside of real estate, Gillian is a co-founder of the Riverdale Basket Brigade, a community initiative that has provided food support to hundreds of local families. She is also an avid marathon runner working toward completing the World Marathon Majors.
